Dry cupping for women in London

Dry cupping uses suction alone. The skin is not scratched, and there are no dressings afterwards.

I'm Nour, a pharmacist and Independent Prescriber. I offer dry cupping to women only, one client at a time, in a private treatment space in North West or West London.

Your session

What happens, in order

  1. We go through your assessment and agree where the cups will go.
  2. New, sealed cups are opened in front of you.
  3. Cups are placed with gentle suction and left for a few minutes.
  4. The cups come off, and we go through your aftercare.

The whole session takes about an hour.

Wet or dry

How it differs from hijama

  • Dry cupping

Suction only. The skin is not scratched, so there are no dressings to look after.

  • Wet cupping (hijama)

Cups are placed, lifted, small superficial scratches are made, and the cups go back on. Dressings go on afterwards.

  • Both

Leave circular marks where the cups sat. They fade with time, and how long that takes varies from person to person.

What is hijama

Choosing

Not sure which to book

Some clients prefer cupping without any scratches. Others start with dry cupping and decide about hijama later. Either is fine, and you can ask me before you book.

Hijama is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice. I won't promise you an outcome.
